Their Story
Founded in 2013 in Salt Lake City, Proper Brewing Burger Co started as Avenues Proper in the Avenues neighborhood of downtown. The company began as a crew of service industry professionals with a passion for craft beer and handcrafted cuisine. In 2016, they expanded to include Proper Brewing Co and Proper Burger Co Downtown, growing from a single neighborhood restaurant to a multi-location brewery and restaurant group with locations throughout Salt Lake City and Moab. The company has continued to expand with far-reaching distribution and locations from Salt Lake City to Moab, maintaining their 'never prim, always proper' vision while creating Proper Utah memories for their community.

I have been one and for sure last time in this restaurant! I order one pitcher and was flat and looks like the beer have 10 years😂, after that we order and other kind and was great ! When I said the beer is not fresh take it back they said no way ! Is not about 20 $ but the principe !! The manager trust me she need the translated when she tried to explain something she is probably doesn’t understand what line the position show is got ! Hey was just ridiculous!!!!

The food was good but the guy who took our order was such a jerk. He should be fired. Horrible service , he seemed extremely drunk and loud and not helpful with taking our order.
