About

A local favorite serving craft brews in the heart of Utah. Stop by to taste their latest creations and soak in the atmosphere.

Their Story

Park City Brewing was originally founded in 2015 by Scott Ray, Jeremy Ray, Brian Ray, Hud Knight, and Jeff Petway. The idea began in 2012 when the group, who worked together at Backcountry.com and shared a passion for outdoor activities and craft beer, decided to create an authentic local brewery for Park City. Jeremy Ray, an experienced homebrewer who had been brewing for over a decade, developed the original recipes on his 10-gallon homebrew system. The brewery opened on Rasmussen Road in a converted auto garage, chosen for its ceiling height and built-in drainage. The founders were passionate about creating beer that reflected Park City's unique water profile and outdoor culture. In 2020, new ownership took over the struggling brewery, and in 2021, under the leadership of President Jeffrey Tito and Head Brewer Mike Perine, Park City Brewing was completely relaunched with new recipes, branding, and a commitment to "Beer created for locals by locals." The current Head Brewer is Troy Higgins, who brings experience from breweries in Pennsylvania and Alaska, along with an advanced brewing theory degree from the World Brewing Academy. The company opened a new taproom and restaurant at Kimball Junction in December 2021, focusing on quality, consistency, and community engagement.

If you are in the heber area its worth the extra 30 minute drive to try this place out. The beer is phenomenal. Personal favorite was the amber. 10 out of 10 would recommend

Some items are good. Steak sandwich is NOT. A little pricy for what you get. $75 for 3 people…no alcohol.

Decent beer, but where are the fall and winter selections? Food was horrible. How can the owner eat the steak sandwich and think that's acceptable? Nice staff but we were interrupted constantly because they don't know what the other staff is doing for follow up or table service.
