Brewpub serving locally sourced American food & craft beer in reproduction of a motorcycle factory.
Their Story
Strap Tank Brewing Company holds the distinction of being the first craft brewery in Utah County since Prohibition, opening in Springville, Utah in May 2016. The brewery was founded by Rick Salisbury, a land developer and owner of Salisbury Homes who has lived in Springville for over 50 years, along with his wife Vickie. The concept was developed with restaurant consultant Joe Lambert, formerly the president of Salt Lake Brewing Company. Despite many people telling them that "a brewery in Utah County seemed like an oxymoron," they proceeded with the multimillion-dollar project. The brewery is themed around vintage motorcycles and is housed in a reproduction of a motorcycle factory, complete with an adjacent motorcycle museum and vintage bike memorabilia. The name honors the original Strap Tank motorcycle, and the brewery's logo and interior design celebrate classic motorcycles. The brewery expanded to a second location in Lehi at 3661 Outlet Parkway, bringing the unique motorcycle-themed brewpub experience to more customers in Utah County.

Food came out burnt ordered pizza, flatbread, and 2 burgers. Artichoke dip and the cops were burnt. Service was awful waited forever to order once we were done waiters offered off we wanted dessert we said yes brought the menu back didn’t see her for 20 minutes we just asked for the check and left wasn’t waiting for 45 minutes for dessert! Use to be a great place but has gone down hill.

The Harley Hog Stout is dangerously drinkable—chocolate and coffee notes with a smooth finish. Paired it with the smoked brisket sandwich and their house-made BBQ sauce that has a little kick. Love the motorcycle memorabilia everywhere and the huge garage doors that open up in summer. Live music on weekends, cornhole out back, and the friendliest bartenders in the valley. Family-friendly during the day, turns into a great nightlife spot later. Easily my favorite brewery south of Salt Lake.

I have been here twice. I got the tacos both times. One cod, one salmon, one steak. They are delicious. The fries are excellent. The deep fried pickles 😋 and the artichoke dip 😋 a variety of yap beers 🍻 and they will even let ya try it before you buy a glass to male sure you like it. There is the nicest server at the bar. The service is great and quick . Definitely recommend
