Their Story
Level Crossing Brewing Company was founded by Mark Medura, who started in the alcoholic beverage industry in 2008 as a founding employee of High West Distillery in Park City. The brewery's name comes from Mark's Pennsylvania roots - a level crossing is where an old dirt road meets a railroad crossing, representing a crossroads where people meet to share stories. The Red Feather in their logo represents a long-standing family tradition of leaving an empty place setting at the dinner table for 'Red Feather' to celebrate hospitality and inclusion, ensuring there's always a place for a weary traveler or friend. Mark grew up next to a level crossing and his family cottage hosted famous 'Lumberjack Special' Sunday brunches where everyone from the community would gather around a fire, creating the foundation for the brewery's values of union, devotion, and generosity.

I had a flight and a can. West coast ipa, hazy pale, kolsh, pale, and the Czech pils. All were very good. If I’m going to be picky, I wish the mosaic stood out more in the pale because that be is almost a 5/5. That’s how good it is, I’m splitting hairs over here! Atmosphere is chill and clean. Great spot.

This place is a solid brewery that provides quality craft beer and good food. There are some places that offer slightly better food, but lack in brewing their own beer. There are places that brew slightly better beer, but only have food trucks outside to provide food. As far as breweries go that have a full kitchen providing their own food this place ranks among the best. The service is always top tier with fast and friendly bar staff. There are a couple TVs that will play sports at your request, but this is definitely not a sports bar and focuses on a clean, more quiet, friendly environment where you can easily chat with friends or meet new people. They have a wide range of beer on draft to cater to the vast majority of tastes. From fruited sours to double and triple IPAs and everything in between it’s all worth trying to your preference. They also have a rotating nitro option on their draft beer so you can have a fresh take on something you may have had before. I also want to mention that this place in the past used to definitely specialize in higher proof canned IPAs. They used to have a wide selection of delicious offerings that has thinned out lately, but what they still have is all worthwhile if you like IPAs. In closing this is a great brewery that will likely hit all the right notes for what you may be looking for. I highly recommend it here, and personally frequent this spot.

Great spot in a nice area. Dropped in on a Saturday night and got fast service. Everything was reasonably priced and the hot honey pizza and Willie Nelson Salad were absolutely amazing!
