Their Story
Tracks Brewing Company opened in 2002 as Tooele, Utah's first microbrewery. The brewery was located at 1641 N Main St in Tooele and operated until approximately 2013 when the building was completely remodeled and became Bonneville Brewery. Tracks represented an important milestone in Utah's craft beer history by bringing local brewing to Tooele County, making it one of the earlier breweries in Utah's modern craft beer movement. The original building was described as an old, run-down bar before Tracks established their brewery there.

Went there a couple years ago, service was slow, menu limited. We avoided it til yesterday. But we were in town and wanted to see a football playoff game, so we went back. Service was worse and menu was even more limited. By "service" I mean lack thereof. How do you sit thru 3 quarters of a football game in a virtually empty bar and not have a single waitress acknowledge you? Ask Tracks, they'll show you! And the pizza on the menu (which is about 1/3 of the menu to begin with) is no longer 'on the menu'. And the tvs....I've seen better picture on tv sets at nursing homes. Some sports bar. In short, this place is a fancily dressed up dump. You can put make-up on a cow...it will still be a cow.

I think they stopped brewing their own beer. And after a certain time at night it goes all discotek.
